3rd Anniversary Bash :: Saturday, June 8th
We made it to 3 years! We invite you to celebrate with us as we release great beers and our 3rd Anniversary glassware, with food and music to round out the fun!
The first 60 customers will receive a 3rd Anniversary Glass with the purchase of their first beer.
Most of this beer is being made or fermenting as we write this post, so check back in as the date gets closer for some updates on tasting notes! But to get you excited, here is THE ANNIVERSARY BEER LIST:
Peach Don’t Preach :: Golden Sour Ale aged w/ Peaches (2019)
ABV: 7.0% Hops: CZ Saaz
A golden ale wood fermented in two pinot noir wine barrels with our belgian house yeast and house mixed culture. The beer remained in the barrel after fermentation for a little more than 6 months before getting blended together in a stainless steel tank, where it matured on peaches.
Crown Of Sonnets :: Sour Wit Ale (2019)
ABV: 5.8% Hops: Willamette
A belgian-style wit ale, which was brewed with orange peel and coriander, was then fermented in two red wine barrels with our belgian house yeast and house mixed culture. This tart wheat beer is a like a sequence of sonnets, symmetrically arranged like half-arches on a crown, leaving you with a regal feeling of completeness.
The Lost Page :: Barrel-aged Imperial Mocha “Brown” Ale (2019)
ABV: 12.6% Hops: GR Merkur
It looks like we lost a page from our magical recipe book which read under no certain terms do you use cold-pressed organic cacao powder in a Imperial White Stout. Since this very important page was lost, our brewer happened to do just that. As one would expect, our White Stout, is now a Mocha Brown Ale, which was aged in oak barrels with raw organic criollo cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and a blend of Catahoula coffee beans. Contains: Lactose (Milk Sugar).
Trilliad :: Hazy Triple IPA
ABV: 11.0% Hops: El Dorado, Lemondrop, Galaxy
A soft and chewy triple IPA that explodes with aromas of juicy stone fruit, pink starburst, lemon, and tropical fruits. This epic beer is a potent potable fit for a ten year siege of the city of Troy times three.
Lost Generation :: Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.3% Hops: Citra, SA Southern Passion
A toast to the expatriate writers wandering around the streets of Paris, with a haziness to their war torn stare and a staggered batteredness to their gate, yet they were able to persevere through the painstaking practice of creating masterpieces. This Hazy IPA uses South African hops to give it notes of passionfruit and guava with grapefruit overtones from the Citra hops.
Third Person :: Beer-Wine Hybrid Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.6% Hops: Mosaic
Like an outsider looking in, Third Person may cause you to feel slightly distant at first, but with each narrative sip you will be pulled into your pint, hanging on each didactic flavor, ultimately ending in all-knowing pint objectivity. This beer-wine hybrid hazy IPA is fermented with Pinot wine grapes to blur the lines between wine and beer.

Plot Twist :: Belgian-style Wit Ale
ABV: 5.2% Hops: GR Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, CZ Saaz
There’s one main plot twist in this brewing tale: Teresa brewed this beer! Will the plot twists continue with Brian behind the bar serving the beer? Watch the story unfold while enjoying this refreshing summertime wheat ale brewed with orange peel and coriander, and a small dose of fresh orange zest.
