Tartes Flambees from La Flamme


Tartes Flambee are made of a thin dough in a rectangular shape covered with a fromage blanc and crème fraîche (french product), seasoned and garnished with toppings like bacon and onions. It is then cooked on stone, in a wood-fired oven.
